On the road, the Altima is more comfortable to drive than ever, thanks to a design change that tightened the chassis and fine-tuned the suspension for this model year.

In 2019, you have five trim levels to choose from. The base model, called the S, offers an eight-way adjustable driver's seat, forward collision warning, automatic emergency braking, and an eight-inch touchscreen.
